Terms of Service

By creating an account on AI Friend Network, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and unreservedly accept these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorised to use the application. These ToS constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and AI Friend Network. They may be updated at any time — you will be notified in the event of a material change.

Your AI Friend Network account is created for an indefinite period from the date of registration. Access to basic features is free. Certain premium features (additional chart analyses, AI file generation, credits) require the purchase of credits or tokens. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the application at any time, with or without notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings (Profile > Delete my account). Deletion results in the permanent loss of all your data, conversations, credits and unused tokens — this action is irreversible. AI Friend Network reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that: • Violates these ToS • Uses the application for illegal or abusive purposes • Attempts to circumvent security or payment systems • Publishes offensive, hateful or unlawful content In the event of termination by us for misconduct, no refund of credits or tokens will be made.

All elements of the AI Friend Network application — trademark, logo, interface, source code, algorithms, AI characters, graphic design and content — are the exclusive property of AI Friend Network and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent or create derivative works based on our content without prior written authorisation. Content you generate through the application (conversations, created files) belongs to you. However, you grant AI Friend Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use this content for the purpose of improving the service, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Purchases of AI credits and Tokens Pub are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical error on our part. All payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified secure payment provider. Credits and tokens have no monetary value outside the application and cannot be resold, exchanged for real money, or transferred between accounts (except for the Token Pub gifting feature provided for that purpose). In the event of a billing error, contact us at contact@aifriend.network within 30 days of the transaction.

AI Friend Network is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or data loss. We disclaim all liability for: • Decisions made based on AI friend advice • Financial losses related to trading or investments • Medical consequences resulting from use of the application • Data losses due to technical failure • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages Our total liability to you shall in no event exceed the total amount you have paid to use the application during the preceding 12 months. AI friends are conversational assistants. They do not replace a real professional (doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, etc.) under any circumstances.

It is strictly prohibited to use AI Friend Network to: • Harass, threaten or harm others • Generate illegal, hateful, pornographic or violent content • Circumvent technical or payment limitations • Collect other users’ data without consent • Use unauthorised automated bots or scripts • Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities • Any activity contrary to applicable laws in your country

These ToS are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction of AI Friend Network’s registered office. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Before any legal action, the parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days from written notification of the disagreement. We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the application. In the event of a material change, we will notify you via the application or by email at least 15 days before the changes come into force. Your continued use of the application after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the application and delete your account.
