03 Data Sharing
Your conversations are transmitted to AI providers (OpenAI, etc.) solely to generate responses. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own training.
04 Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Hosted on secure infrastructure with strict access control via Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforced at the database level.
05 Data Retention
Account & profile data — kept while your account is active; permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.Conversation history — stored while your account is active; deleted immediately upon account deletion.Anonymised usage analytics — retained for a maximum of 24 months, then automatically purged.Push notification tokens — cleared on logout and on account deletion.Encrypted backups — may persist for up to 30 days in infrastructure backups after deletion, then permanently removed.Financial transaction records (Token Pub / AI Credits) — retained for 5 years as required by applicable financial regulations.You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@aifriend.network.
06 Push Notifications
Entirely optional. Can be disabled at any time in your device settings. We only send notifications related to your activity within the app — no marketing messages without your consent.
07 Minors
AI Friend Network is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
08 Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Any significant changes will be notified within the app. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this document.
09 Trading & Financial Risk Disclaimer
AI Friend Network and its AI companions are not registered financial advisors, investment managers, brokers, or any form of licensed financial institution. Any market analysis, chart reading, trading signals, or financial commentary provided within the application is strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
AI Friend Network bears absolutely no responsibility for any financial losses, capital erosion, missed profits, or any other direct or indirect damages resulting from trading or investment decisions made by the user based on information or analysis provided by the application.
The user alone is solely and entirely responsible for all trading decisions, position entries and exits, risk management, and any financial outcome. Past performance indications are not a guarantee of future results. All financial markets carry significant risk of loss, including the possible loss of the entire invested capital.
Before making any financial decision, the user is strongly advised to consult a licensed and regulated financial professional.
10 AI Friends are NOT Real Professionals
The AI companions available in AI Friend Network — regardless of their assigned personality, title, or area of expertise (medical, legal, financial, engineering, spiritual, governmental, or any other sector) — are artificial intelligence assistants designed solely to help users better understand topics and explore knowledge in a conversational, accessible way.
These AI friends do NOT replace, represent, or perform the role of any real licensed or regulated professional. They hold no official credentials, licenses, certifications, or legal authority in any field, whether in the private sector, public sector, governmental institutions, or religious and spiritual organisations.
In particular:
• Medical & Health: AI friends do not prescribe medications, treatments, or therapies. They do not diagnose illnesses. Any health-related discussion is purely informational. Always consult a qualified medical professional before taking any health decision.
• Legal: AI friends do not provide legally binding advice, draft legal documents, or represent users in any legal matter. Always consult a licensed lawyer or notary.
• Financial: AI friends do not manage assets, execute transactions, or provide regulated investment advice. Always consult a licensed financial advisor.
• Spiritual & Religious: AI friends do not represent any religious authority, denomination, or official religious body.
• Public & Governmental: AI friends have no official standing, authority, or affiliation with any government, public administration, or regulatory body.
Using the application does not create any professional relationship (doctor-patient, lawyer-client, advisor-client, etc.) between the user and AI Friend Network or any of its AI companions.
11 General Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Friend Network, its founders, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including but not limited to: financial losses from trading or investments, health consequences from following AI suggestions, legal consequences from acting on AI information, or any other harm arising from reliance on content generated by AI companions.
The user acknowledges that they use the application entirely at their own risk and that all AI-generated content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
